Apartment holiday rentals in Sebastopol

This little hummingbird casita was a home away from home for my two week stay. Very cozy with lovely and comfortable decor. The apartment makes you feel tucked into the hillside above San Anselmo, town is just a few minutes away. I found everything I needed with no surprises when compared to the accurate description. My host, Peg was very responsive to my questions and even took a few minutes to meet in person.

The location was right in the heart of Sonoma and the apartment was BEAUTIFUL! This is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway and I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Lovely place, small but well equipped and comfortable. A treetop hideaway indeed! Just read the description carefully about access, it's all accurate and if you can't manage 30 steps down to the deck (and back up!) then it's not for you. You can walk from the doorstep right into the Bald Hill open space and on to Phoenix Lake or even Mount Tam, it's lovely countryside so long as you like hills!

Good apartment and in a really handy location for visiting San Anselmo. We'd stayed previously in one of the other apartments in the house, this one is ground floor and equally good. Definitely recommend!

A great little place to stay in San Rafael, looks exactly like the photos. It’s totally self contained and has everything you need, stocked with all basic items so I was set up straight away and was well equipped and comfortable during my entire stay. Amazing location, very close to all the shops, transport hub and fabulous walking in the hills behind. Laura was great on liaising before and during my stay on anything I needed, but my time there was made so much more special by the wonderful Aileen who owns the place - she’s so welcoming, turned up with the most delicious hot pumpkin bread on my first day and was an absolute angel throughout my time there - I had a few personal things going on during my stay and she was an absolute rock, going way beyond any expectation I had of a host, which was hugely appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful month at your place :)

Upsides: Cute little place surrounded by trees and wildlife (cute deer dropped by daily) - walkable to downtown and mountain trails. Lovely window desk to get work done if needed, sunny deck with seating. Lots of outlets! Helpful, accommodating hosts. Possible downsides: 10 min hilly street and (narrow at points) trail to downtown - we like to hike so it was fine but if you're not a hiker, you'll want to ride/drive.

Had another fantastic stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in San Rafael. Bob was a great host, providing excellent recommendations and welcoming touches.

Great place to stay, right in the heart of Calistoga. Walkable to most restaurants and shops. Parking always available. Hosts very communicative and responsive. This is an upstairs apartment, therefore I recommend this place for people with good knees 😊 Overall we felt right at home🏠

We had a lovely stay at the property. The photos on the app are nice, but simply cannot do it justice until you see it for yourself. Did I mention the delightful aroma of wood as it is an actual restored barn (wish for that to last forever). The owner did not miss a thing when it came to providing a welcoming space to stay away from home. The property is vast and you can enjoy a bit of nature and beautiful landscapes. It is near enough to drive to dozens of wonderful restaurants, hiking spots, spas, and wineries. I only had one concern prior to booking that my partner who is 6’3 may bump his head on the low part of the ceilings. Turns out, he was the first to say how cozy and happy he was with the unit. Adding, “Im cautious everywhere and bump my head often” 😹.. We live in the Bay Area and have stayed many places, and this one is a standout. Book your stay! You will be pleased and have lovely photos of sunsets and scenic backgrounds.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, smelled fresh, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to everything but still felt like a nice getaway. The only downside was that the neighbors were a bit loud at times, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Candice's place was perfect for what I needed. Fully stocked kitchen, remodeled bathroom and great sunny deck, comfortable living space. It is conveniently located to the hwy to go in any direction but was quiet and peaceful. Easy walk down to San Rafael which is quaint and has lots of spots to check out. Candice was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed an absolutely delightful 4-night visit. Perfect place for a quiet, peaceful home base from which to enjoy all that the Russian River area has to offer. Kathy and Mike are very thoughtful and generous hosts. Their care and attention to detail to ensure their guests have everything they need to have as comfortable and enjoyable a stay as possible was evident throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Beautiful unique historical stone room with an insanely comfortable bed! Close to all the great things Santa Rosa has to offer, we’ll be back next time we’re in town. Thanks for the great stay :)

Do not hesitate to book! Perfect getaway for two people. We had family close by so just need a bed and shower and this space is lovely! Great trails nearby. Very quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay, nice room and friendly staff. Did not communicate with host at all but rather the staff of the WorldMark Wyndham. Restaurant at the golf course is a short walk away and had great food. My only complaint is that the wifi was a horrible connection so it was a struggle to FaceTime with my family or work on my computer.

Great hidden gem on the property of Up Valley Inn. Nicely decorated and a great option for anyone looking for an option with a kitchen. Nice easy and close walk to downtown Calistoga including restaurants, bars, shops and spas! Would absolutely recommend!

Super convenient for family to stay while visiting in the area. Busy timeshare location, but very quiet at night.

This place was perfect for my family. My kids loved sharing a room and playing at the playground and game room. Family attractions like the Epicenter and Children’s Museum of Sonoma County are just a short drive away. We would stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this resort. It’s clean, easy check-in and check-out, great amenities, and conveniently located right outside of Sebastopol. This is a great family stay. Just as pictured.

Wow what a charming place in a beautiful town. Nice to get away from the city but still be close to all the things you love!

I had a wonderful stay at Mark's place with my dog! The thoughtful touch of a welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated. The unit was very comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic necessities. Its convenient location also made for an easy stroll to downtown San Anselmo. The highlight was definitely the large, fully-enclosed backyard – my dog had a blast with all that space! I would definitely book again.
