Blacksmith's workshop

In ancient times, the house was a blacksmith's workshop with his small adjacent home. Recently renovated in a contemporary style, it has become a two-story residence of about 80 square meters. On the ground floor is the living area with the dining table, kitchen, bathroom and a wine pantry, reached by a wooden staircase with staggered steps. A second black iron staircase leads to the intermediate mezzanine where the study is organized. The balustrade becomes the worktop and overlooks the double height. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The floors are in resin-coated concrete and part with tiles in recycled cement paste; the upper floor is finished with parquet. Particularly unique are the vintage furnishings, the lighting of the rooms and the contemporary art paintings by a young Sicilian artist-designer. The house is equipped with winter and summer air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and dishwasher. A few kilometers away is the beach of Porto Palo (Blue Flag) with the possibility of boat trips, ultralight flights and bike rentals. Nearby, less than a 25-minute drive, you can play golf at the beautiful Golf Verdura Resort. We, young couple, really enjoyed our stay. Terrace is amazing, with sea view. Place was quiet. Kitchen is clean, well equipped and spacious. Bed was comfortable and we slept really well. We had amazing vacation. Staying at this place is highly recommended by us :)

We had a great time at Walter’s place. He was in communication with us as soon as we booked the trip. We were able to ask about parking (free right outside the apartment) and confirm we would’t drive through the ZTL. There was some construction happening in an adjacent unit which Walter warned us about as soon as they started and even offered to cancel our stay and give us a refund. We barely even noticed the construction past the beautiful view from the apartment and large balcony which we ate all our meals on. We were greeted by Walter’s associate who helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and gave us a tour of the place. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We were there during the week in the middle of the day and there were probably 5 other people on the beach. Walter left 2 chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Walter also sent a detailed document with local recommendations including places to park and eat in the city of Sciacca. We would definitely stay again.

It is a very beautiful accommodation overlooking the sea of Siacca. The accommodation was very clean and decorated with beautiful paintings, and welcome food was prepared, so I was able to enjoy it throughout the trip. There were two air conditioners installed, and there was a washing machine, so I was able to dry my laundry in the sun. The interior was so beautiful that I was happy just being in the accommodation. The host gave me a detailed explanation of things to do in Siacca and how to use public transportation, so I was able to go to San Marco Beach. I highly recommend this accommodation

Great location.Very close to local bars , restaurants , shop and of course the beach.Great spot for our 18 year old daughter.We were confident that it was safe at night.Great outdoor space to eat,sunbathe and play cards till early hours.Appartment could benefit from some upgrade but owners are aware of it.Bathroom was freshly refurbished which was important to us.Very friendly and attentive hosts.We would stay there again.

We spent our two in the apartment and we enjoyed it very much and we would definitely come back. The place is as described and in the pictures. All appliances were new and worked (air conditioning + washing machine) We didn't miss anything and Antonio was always quickly available for questions. We definitely recommend the place and would come back 😊
