If you are needing a quiet weekend to sit relax, and enjoy the beauty of the country side this is the place to go! The house was exactly what it looked like and the best part is the farm dog Nash! Such a sweetie and very friendly! We really needed this break and this was th best place we could have gotten that!

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing getaway here! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm. The cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen, peaceful location, and the pool, made it easy to relax and recharge. Karon was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again for another peaceful retreat.

😉 We enjoyed our stay at “Bass Point Bliss” with Grand Welcome Lake of the Ozarks immensely. The communication with Zach & Katie was clear and prompt, and the place was beautifully decorated and very clean! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the host was very accommodating. 😉 We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to stay again soon! We had a girls get away weekend and this was exactly what we needed. It allowed us plenty of space to talk and catch up while we prepared meals and played games.

We would recommend this house for a awesome stay. This is a beautiful historic house. The host was the best and very responsive. Super clean and well stocked. We would stay again.

We would definitely stay here again! Great location, within the last resort campground with a pool, games, walking distance to lake access (boat ramp/dock), etc. The house is the perfect set up.. plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms far enough from living space that kids could go to sleep and adults didn’t have to worry about being too loud. Loved the ice cream and pizza option on Friday/Saturday nights! Backyard is fenced in and the deck is nicely secluded! Everyone was friendly and helpful and we hope to be back next year!

This house and land is beautiful! The private pond with water activities was perfect. Being able to take my dogs with me and allow them to run around was also really nice. Kim and Pat maintain their property really well and genuinely care about their guests. Definitely recommend this house as a place to stay!! It was extremely peaceful and nice to get away.

The place was immaculate! Nice and clean! The beds were comfortable and so were the linens Lots of extras that were appreciated-snacks,coffee, laundry supplies……. Kitchen was well stocked. More than enough towels were provided. Top notch toiletries, especially the shampoo which gave a nice lather. We did have to move the couch though so it was easier for more than one person to watch tv-we did move it back before leaving. I would recommend for others to stay and I would stay again if back in area.

We had a wonderfully peaceful time here. The lake was quiet and the lap lap sounds in the night were meditative. The mist on the lake most mornings made for some excellent photography. And best of all, Josh and Alycia's home feels like home, and we really appreciate that feeling. The cottage has everything we needed and so many thoughtful touches. The fenced back yard was perfect for Rory, who decided that he is a "lake dog" and lay down on the dock with his head hanging over every chance he got. We hope to visit again often.

Super nice place. We took our 25ft pontoon from Bagnell Dam to Truman Dam. Docked our boat at the courtesy dock overnight and it was the perfect spot. Drinks at the Oar House and dinner on the back deck of the property. Great times.

Beautiful view! The place was as described & matched the photos. We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed swimming in the lake. The dock is very nice. There’s a ladder to climb in & out of the water. The house is in a quiet area. It is on a hill. There are some stairs, but they are wide & easy to walk on. The closest store is about 20 min. away. There’s a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, etc. The mother-in-law suite is entered by using its own door & the hot tub is just outside the door. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the bunk house. Coconuts Resort is about a 3 min. boat ride, or 20 min. car ride. Jacob’s Cave is about a 20 min. car ride. The host is friendly & offered suggestions. We had a very fun & memorable stay!

Calaway’s listing was everything it appeared to be in photos. The living room was very spacious and that’s where me and my husband spent most of our time. The hosts were very active and always responded within a reasonable time. Very friendly, peaceful neighborhood with a nice sound of trains every once in a while. Definitely going to stay here again when i get the chance. One of my favorite Airbnb hosts and house. Very satisfied :)

Kurt place was the perfect place for 2 families to stay. With two separate sleeping spaces, it gave us the opportunity to be together as well as have our own space when needed. The outdoor area was AMAZING!!! We spent so much time on the lily pad, kayaking and grilling out. The game room was key at night!!! He was very responsive when we had a few questions. If you are looking for a quiet place with little for a large group with lots to do for the kids, this is the place to be!!!

Thank you for your wonderful, beautiful home, we loved every second of this stay. It went well and beyond our expectations. The space had a wonderful atmosphere and you could feel the spirit hovering heavily. (Peaceful) I wanted to send my gratitude 🙏 for this wonderful experience. The birds had beautiful conversations on the screened in balcony in the morning time, the sunrise was magical, overseeing the lake view.

Debbie was an awesome hostess! She answered all of my questions very quickly and really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again!

This was our 3rd year and each year she has upgraded and improved the home. We booked for next year again. Everything is so comfortable and simple to book and check in. Furnishing are top grade and very nice. I highly recommend this VRBO
