There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

The log cabin is located near our carpentry shop and small farm and is located in the middle of the village. Please note: it is not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. The village is alive! From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin being prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!
