Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seferihisar

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

First of all, Nina…. she may be the sweetest dog I've ever seen… we hardly left her… The house is great, especially the patio is very enjoyable. All the amenities are available inside, we did not even go out for a few evenings, we just sat and enjoyed. The projection in the bedroom is a very nice idea, it creates a great ambiance. I have no other comments to make, we will meet again in July :) We are pleased to know that Mr. Ali's communication is very good, and we are glad that we chose this place.

This should be the first choice for those who want a quiet, calm and peaceful getaway. Amazing house, what more could the perfect location be… I think the disappointment of those who expect hotel facilities is meaningless, what is presented clearly enough… The host is very caring and open to communication, we have never had any problems, but it is solution-oriented... Some of the details of the house require maintenance (as the shower head should change), yes, this is a fact, but they do not stand out next to the view… Since we went in March, we did not have a fly problem, but we had a hard time heating the bathroom, so we need to find a solution... In summary, it was a terrific experience, the worst part was that it left! Note: the cats are the real host:)

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at Ece’s home in Urla. The house is incredibly charming and full of authentic touches that make it feel both special and welcoming. It’s also very comfortable — I felt at home the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Urla, making it easy to explore the town on foot. Ece is a fantastic host — warm, responsive, and truly thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet central place with character and comfort, this is it. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had — highly recommended! 🌿✨

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had 2 days of pleasure. The host was very helpful, thank him. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go with their own vehicle can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

You only need to climb the hill to reach the house after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was meticulous about house cleaning, leaving no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was furnished with great taste and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Ms. Cansu personally greeted us, gave detailed information about the environment and even supported our special needs. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you :) <3

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

We had a great stay at Asli's place. The apartment is new and beautifully decorated. It is well set up for guests. We had everything we needed. It is a real gem and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

The best bnb flat I've stayed in in Turkey. Furkan was also an architect. He took care of every corner of the house. He hosted us very well. I was blown away by his energy. Good thing we stayed in this house and got to know him.

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

We would like to thank Ms. Dilara and Mr. Mert for their hospitality. They have a beautifully designed, very enjoyable house that is both stylish and in touch with nature, worthy of the Urla spirit. You can both rest calmly and catch the party spirit with the great sound system at home. We recommend it to everyone. As 3 girlfriends, it was a very enjoyable holiday for us.
