This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Villa Marella is an old stone house in a row which is a saddle of two apartments, one is a two bedroom, laid on the floor and another with one bedroom located on the ground floor. Ideal for family or friends who want a holiday together. Always rented for one group of guests. Villa has a new yard that consists of summer kitchen, outdoor pool, outdoor grill, sunbeds. It is 500 m away from the sea and two minutes by car from the town of Trogir. Near the airport and the Motorway.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

In front of the house is 3 kilometres long seaside promenade, which contains friendly hosts and healthy food in a small Mediterranean restaurants.Both apartments are with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis.
