A very beautiful and quiet fishing village, highly recommended.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Our stay in Croatia was absolutely perfect, thanks to this spacious apartment right by the sea! The magnificent sea view from the terrace made our stay unforgettable. We loved having a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. Anton is a truly great host; he welcomed us with a lovely basket of local fruits and a bottle of wine, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you so much for an incredible vacation!

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

Accommodation with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views. The hosts were extremely kind, we recommend the menu offered by Toma (with grilled fish as well as grilled vegetables on the barbecue), a pure delight at an unbeatable price,

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Everything was great so far. Very friendly hosts and the place was very nice. Not so nice:construction noise from the neighboring property, carbon monoxide on terrace by the pool by the neighbors chimney, pool not heated, very steep driveway to the property. You have to have a car. Nevertheless, we will be happy to come back. It's been a lovely week. Thank you.

⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. This villa was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 young children and there was everything there to cater for us during our stay. The views, proximity to the sea, the pool were all perfect and we had a lovely stay here. We would love to come back! The only slight negative which is unrelated to the villa was that we stayed end of sept/beginning of Oct and the bar and restaurant in the village was closed for the end of the season. They would have added a bit of something extra to our stay, but was just unfortunate timing on our part

We’ve just returned from a four night stay at Villa Ban. The entire place was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. Ivan was an amazing host, even bringing a welcome present with him at check in. He was flexible with check out time, and had plenty of recommendations for us. It was my mother in law’s first trip abroad in 12 years and she had the most amazing time. We’d definitely recommend the villa to other families and the location, being so close to beautiful Trogir, is great.

We spent a week in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The views were stunning and by gym, pool and parking, everything was covered. You absolutely need a car to get into town. Communication with Slaven was smooth, he was quick to respond and helpful. Glad to come back!

Marin’s place was perfect for our 3 families, and he was super accommodating to provide 3 pack and plays and high chairs for our kids. We loved eating on the patio every day, just beautiful.

We had a fantastic week in Seget Donji and with Nikolina at the end of May. There are only good things to say about our stay. Very good communication with Nikolina both before and during the stay. Very helpful at check-in. Great tips and recommendations about the area. The accommodation was great and comfortable, most of our time was spent on the terrace overlooking the sea. Incredibly beautiful! In connection with the house, there were several turtles in the garden that the children loved to feed with our fruit and vegetable leftovers. Just a flight of stairs down from the house, you came down to what felt like your own private beach. As well as a beach promenade where there were several other bathing places to choose from, plus restaurants and a taxi boat to Trogir. We are super happy with our stay in its entirety, the desire to return and recommend to others!

The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. Ante was hosting he was helpful, responsive and the apartment was outstanding in terms of location cleanliness and facilities. We both paddle boarded, kayaked and snorkelled, all part of the stay. The beach, right in front of the property was stunning, calm, aquamarine and clear, saw many fishes and it’s safe to swim. Would highly recommend. You need a car and make sure you visit Trogir and Primošten and Rogoznica is great for dinner, a bit closer but parking is limited there. Another must is Krka National Park with its wonderful hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely return! Sharon & Tim

We were sad to leave. We loved all of it, Lidijas Mum was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. Communication was very responsive with some great recommendations for local exploring. The apartment is very clean, a great layout with a great view from the sunny balcony. We would love to go again.

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

Jamina was an extremely attentive host. The apartment was beautiful and in pristine condition. We drove to the accommodation which had secure parking at the rear. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Would definitely recommend

Marcel’s place was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy some quiet time, just what we were looking for. Kastel Novi was a perfect Location between Split and Trogir. Marcel and Stephanie are the perfect host…quick to respond and not in your face. We will definitely recommend to our friends.

We were very warmly welcomed by Snezana's mother Nada. She took care of us every day, was there at all times and very helpful, gave us food and fish. We really had a family atmosphere in Vinisce, as the village is very small and only locals live there in September. We also met neighbors who were also super nice. It was still very sunny on the beach, the water was warm enough for swimming and there were no more tourists, it was very quiet and peaceful. 4 restaurants were still open on the promenade. The village has 2 shops and the nearest large supermarket is 15 minutes by car. You can also make several excursions there: Split, Sibenik, Trogir, Krka Nature Park with waterfalls. The apartment is very modern (at least kitchen and bathroom), we had enough dishes and linens. For 4 people but really a little too small, as there are 2 sleeping places in the dining/living area
