The flat has been recently and totally renovated. The rustic stone walls and antique ceiling beams have been exposed and carefully restored on both levels. Modern design elements and understated hip luxury integrate with the buildings original features to make this flat the perfect city escape for the discerning traveler. The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Private access via the main entrance, this duplex is an independent apartment. We are always available for anything that you might need during your stay, and happy to assist in making your time in paris perfect! This chic one bedroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of the sought-after Rive Gauche/St. Germain neighborhood. The lively and cultivated Left Bank district boasts some of city’s finest shopping, dining and culture. Here is where you’ll find hip one-of-a-kind boutiques to high-end designer fashion, antique galleries (Carre des Antiquaires), as well as many modern-classic design shops. An array of delightful culinary offerings and dining experiences at every turn make this arrondissement quintessential Paris at its very best! The recently opened Beau Passage, adds yet another gourmet haven to the neighborhood. We are situated within a short walking distance to many of the main attractions of central Paris including: The Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Musee Maillol, Seine River, Invalides, all of St. Germain and the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame Cathedral, Le Bon Marche department store, Cafe Flore, Cafe Deux Magots and more. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

In a magnificent town house built in 1600, an independent duplex with a large, fully equipped kitchen-diner. TV room and 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom and wardrobe closet. The Master Bedroom overlooks Institute of France's famous Cupola.

Poutres apparentes, tomettes, décoration contemporaine, oeuvres d'art du monde entier, grand séjour de 50m2, 2 chambres et 2 salles d'eau, quartier vivant et commerçant, tous transports à proximité. Fauteuil convertible en lit une place dans le salon (déplié, le lit fait 80cm x 190cm). Attention : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Terrasse Face à la Tour Eiffel

Appartement très agréable, au coeur de Paris, face à la Tour Eiffel ! lumineux car situé au dernier étage( 6 ème avec ascenseur) dans une rue très calme.Entièrement rénové en mars 2020 avec des matériaux et meubles de qualité ,bien équipé. Et bien sûr une terrasse bien sympathique pour se relaxer, prendre son petit-déjeuner au soleil! Et le soir venu déguster une bonne bouteille de vin tout en admirant la tour Eiffel illuminée!
