In March 2018, we restored the interior of the home of the painter Jean Dries, who lived in this magnificent building from 1936 to 1961. We restored it and divided it into 3 apartments. You will be on the 2nd and top floor without elevator access with a great view. 50 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. In the heights of the Sainte-Catherine district, a 5-minute walk from the Vieux Bassin, the historic district and the city center.

This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
