The apartment is very bright and sunny especially in the morning with sun coming into the bedroom and living spaces. It has comfortable furnishings, a fitted kitchen with many appliances and separate bathroom and toilet. You are 5 minutes’ walk from the metro, and next to Montmartre’s restaurants, bars and shops.

Agréable T2 de 42 m² récemment rénové au 2ème étage d’une résidence. Emplacement exceptionnel sur la digue promenade d’Etretat. A proximité immédiate du centre-ville et des promenades sur les falaises. Attention : dans l’attente de travaux qui commenceront en septembre, l’immeuble est sécurisé et l’accès au balcon est interdit (voir photos). C’est pourquoi, nous pratiquons un abattement de 20 % sur le loyer initial (128 €/jour au lieu de 160 €)
