Your accommodation of approximately 35 m2 includes an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a cabin bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The other part, which is completely separate, is occupied by the owner. View of the Seine and the Regional Park (cherry port), its lakes and its marina. You will enjoy a drink on the deck of the boat, the swans will visit you! The train station is 5 minutes on foot RER C & D (Registration No. 19-2024)

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.
