Charm and comfort on the second floor of a 16th century building (third floor for Americans), in a quiet cul-de-sac yet in the heart of Paris. Exposed beams, tiled floors, contemporary decor, works of art from all over the world, large 50 m2 living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lively and commercial area, all transport nearby. Armchair convertible into a single bed in the living room (unfolded, the bed is 80 cm x 190 cm). Please note: there is no elevator.
