The owner greeted us upon arrival and provided a thorough tour of the amenities. Every room offered spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands. The patio was well-equipped with sun loungers, seating, and a dining area with a BBQ, making it the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets in privacy. Our host welcomed us with a lovely assortment of charcuterie, cheeses, fruits, and drinks, which was a delightful touch. The air conditioning and water temperature were both comfortable. The only downside was the time of year; it was a bit chilly, and the pool didn't warm up sufficiently (approximately 24 degrees). A car is recommended for getting around, but the charming town of Igrane is just a 15-minute walk away. We highly recommend our host and this beautiful villa!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. Nera is very friendly and responsive, goes out of her way and helps. The apartment was nice, clean, big, has everything you need at your disposal. The bay is a very beautiful, quiet, pebble beach. The island is interesting and has a lot of nice things. The week went by very quickly and we have good memories.

Anamarija’s place was wonderful. The perfect getaway with an amazing view (especially sunrise). Anamarija was a great host. Super responsive if I ever needed anything and one morning she brought homemade apple strudel which was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay outside of the old town. The walk to old town is mostly down hill with a great view of the sea. Taxi is only €15 and less than a 10 minute ride.

We had an amazing week and really enjoyed staying in Katarina’s house by the sea. Katarina was so helpful and really went out of her way to help us enjoy our trip. The house is in an idyllic, remote location with two small (not at all busy) beaches within walking distance. On quite a few days we had the beach to ourselves! The house is compact, but had everything we needed. And it has lots of outside space, with great views over the bay. We listened to all the reviews that mentioned about mosquitos and it was manageable with some repellent and most evenings there was a good breeze so it wasn’t too much of a concern. A small price to pay for paradise! Thank you Katarina, for everything!

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and close to nature holiday, this is the place for you. This place is even more beautiful than the pictures! The house is very clean, nice view from the terrace, very well equipped, all the kitchen utensils you need. Ivana is an excellent, very helpful host, I recommend her! From the house to the beach was about 7-8 min walk on a gravel path. We were here in mid September, we hardly saw any people on the nearby beaches, all beaches were very quiet. The house is a 15 minute bumpy drive from the main road, but for us this was not a problem with our car. Hope to return again sometime!

Our expectations were exceeded. The landscape and the location of the house is uniquely beautiful. The house is located in a quiet bay and has its own jetty. The house itself lacks nothing, everything was available - even a barbecue fireplace with its own wood. The communication with the hostess was excellent, everything worked out great at all times. Diana is very attentive, we were surprised with fine Croatian specialties, as well as received with cool drinks. Thank you. We will be happy to come back!

We had an AMAZING stay with David and Ursula! The complex is in a stunningly beautiful area, close to beach and beach club, easily walkable to the old town. Ursula gave us great recommendations for restaurants, transport and things to do around the island, she really made sure we enjoyed our time there. The place itself is amazing, clean, had everything, and the views from the balcony can’t be beat. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
