Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Konstantinos was really friendly and made the process of checking in and out as simple as can be. His place is very sweet, with a traditional Greek feel. Having the back garden was amazing (especially as we had little kids who went to bed early so we could have a wine in the garden after!). Loved having a washing machine and a big washing line outside after beach trips. The pizzeria across the road is great too! And everything is very walkable. We love coming to Samos, and would happily stay here again. Only minor downside is that there's nowhere to place the shower head on the wall so you have to hold it over your head! But that's not a big problem. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Marily is such a lovely person who goes out of her way to make your stay a wonderful one .I loved her gorgeous studio that was very well equipped in every way!Marily has thought of everything you may need .I especially enjoyed the little garden area out the back as it was quite windy a couple of days while I was visiting. Marily’s studio was a lovely place to hang out ,quiet ,sheltered and private .The bed was so comfortable .I would have loved to stay longer!Thanks Marily for everything 😊

Ayfer abla was a warm and incredibly hospitable host. The view from the house was beautiful. I can say this was the nicest Airbnb we have ever rented. The entrance to the house was private, the furnishings were carefully chosen, and the cleanliness was excellent. The village was lovely, and the garden was full of beautiful flowers and well-designed landscaping. With her sweet conversations, warm smile, and quick responses to all our needs, Ayfer abla was much more than just a host. We are already looking forward to coming back soon. It was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed on vacation with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything is carefully prepared and everything is thought out. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever I wanted. We were here for part of our vacation. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our vacation here. We came by private car, so I don't have any information about transportation.

This is one of the best homestays I stay.First of all the location of the house is very nice, it is only a half hour drive from the national park (there is a very clear beach there) and the two nearest supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk.The host uncle was very friendly and helped us figure it out every time we had a problem.The house is very well equipped for cooking, a TV with a cast screen to watch a movie, the air conditioning is a great job, the best is the pool, it is very clean and cleaned every day.Will stay here again next time!

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

The host, Ms. Pınar, and her mother were very polite. The house was clean, sheets and bathroom were very clean. The house is a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful patio in the trees, but families with children about 700 meters from the sea can choose to go by car instead of on foot. A house has everything you could need, thanks to the thought of the last detail. Having air conditioning in every room was a big plus. We spent most of our time on the deck in the shade of the trees. It was a pleasant holiday and we plan to come back. Thanks to hosts.

The home seemed to be in the photos. There was nothing missing, all the amenities were available. We stayed with 2 families and had no problems at all. Mr. Yigit and Ms. Tülay are very interested, when we wrote when we needed something, they came back in the moment and took care of it right away. They are very kind people. It was very pleasant to sit in the garden, it was quiet and calm, a place to relax. We came by planning to visit the surrounding beaches, but we liked the Çukuraltı beach very much, we didn't even need to go anywhere else. Very good location in Kusadasi, very close to Ephesus. We enjoyed the house and Özdered very much. If there's a chance in the future, we'd love to be guests in this house again. We were very pleased with the family.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. You can't find anything closer and easier from the airport. You go out, cross the parking lot, walk 50 m and you find all the car rental parking lots. I recommend MANOS (1st parking lot), a nice, quick welcome. 20 m further on, you will find a path with a "Stefano Home" sign and at the end a large house with several apartments. Ours is on the ground floor. The keys were on the door, the place was spotless. Breakfast was waiting in the fridge and a welcome gift on the table (honey and wine). Everything is tiled. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Impeccable towels and bedding. Washing machine. Cleaning products available. Airco in living room and efficient and quiet room. 2 terraces, table, chairs and necessities for hanging laundry. Everything you need in the kitchen (perco, toaster, electric kettle, large fridge with freezer). Maria lives right next door. She is very kind, responsive (message on the site) and speaks English.

Murat was friendly and came to greet us in person, communicated well and responded quickly.A big, beautiful, clean house.Although the location is a bit far, it's ok to drive yourself.
