Nice basement apartment in the city center. Great location!

In this place you live close to everything, the location is central. The apartment is only a couple of minutes walk from the bus terminal and football field and Malakoff with a lovely hiking area. About 10 minutes walk to the shopping center and Sagastad. If you want to bring a child or extra person, we can make up with a mattress on the floor or travel cot. There is a double bed initially. But it is possible to both sleep on the floor on the living room or on the sofa. Please let us know :)

Welcome to our house on Gudøya Island. You will have the ground floor with two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a beautiful terrace with view to the sea and mountains. The living room has a kitchenette for cooking. Unfortunately, there is no sink there, but the sink and a dishwasher are in the laundry room. You can also use bicycles. The basement apartment is well 60 m2 and is suitable for three people. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed located in the hallway. New kitchen and bathroom in 2019. The house was built in 1974 as a large single-family home in the orchard on Sevland. In 2018, the pedestrian apartment was made as a complete unit. As a guest you are welcome to use the garage- the space closest to the operating building.
