Located on the first floor of a newly-built three story building on a quiet street. No place to smoke. You have your own bathroom, kichenette with induction cooker, deep pan, knife etc, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washer, laundry rack, vacuum, wiper mop, humidifier. If you may be sensitive to noise, we recommend that you book a room on the 2nd floor or a hotel with good soundproofing. Please think that you can hear other people's presence to the same extent as in a cheap motel.

際立った特徴はありませんが自分なりにデザインしました。南海本線　関西空港駅から電車で約２０分、最寄り駅　井原里から歩いて約５分です。当方、駐車場はございません。お手数ですが、最寄り駅の井原里駅北側の有料駐車場をご利用ください。 *It's not that unique like other listings but I furnished the apartment by my own taste. Please try it and you like it. *It's about 20-minute ride from KIX airport and 5-minute walk from the nearest station to get to the apartment. *We have no parking space. Please park your car in the coin-parking located north part of Iharanosato station.
