1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. After cruising the many walks from the house (on foot, on horseback by car or bike), recreational, sporty or bucolic, come and rest at the bottom of the garden, at the edge of the Corbionne. Gite de la Donnette

My place is close to La Loupe (8 km) and Bretoncelles (8 km) and about 1 hr 40 min from Paris. You'll love this house because of the outdoor areas. This restored farmhouse of about 180 m2, located in a small quiet hamlet is at your disposal for a pleasant stay in the Perche with family or friends. Pets are allowed and it is possible to bring your horse. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

The A11 motorway is 10 minutes from Illiers-combray exit: n° 3.1 Nearby (3kms to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops ( supermarket, bakery, pharmacy... etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided.
