Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Seo-gu

It was a very clean and comfortable place. I'd like to visit again if I get the chance!

It was my second time by Urbanstay and what should I say: 100 % recommanded. Most of my trips I stay direct into the borders of Seoul. But this time I chose consciously an apartment outside of Seoul. So I decide to chose this quartier in Incheon, Songdo-dong. The house itself is a very modern complex. It is quit and peacefull. You just need some time for orientation. So - as a tip - get yourself this time for orientation! You will need it. The room itself was clean, modern and like the pictures. The area around the apartment is modern, new, stylish and very clean. In Songdo-dong you have many shopping areas, parks, the business office buildings of Incheon and space for walks, jogging or just relaxing. I see on my rounds around the area a lot of young familys and modern styles. It is a real urban area that combines modern city constructions with the idea of a green inner city. By the way: the Incheon Arts Center (aka a small opera/theater is just about 10 to 15 minutes walk away).

I liked the good location

A very satisfactory stay, push the door open to find it exactly like the photos is very surprising, the host is very well prepared, and it was a pleasant and comfortable four days in this house!

From basic items to hair ties, we have it all! I was so surprised that I was so surprised that I brought it! I had a good rest!

Amazing place.

It was a great place to stay, just like the photos! The kitchen and bathroom were impeccably clean, and it was nice to have a good scent when I opened the door and entered. It is adjacent to the commercial area around Gueupbatte, so you can walk to most places. I think I'll visit again when I go to Yeongjongdo next time!

Free parking is great. Also very convenient location near Dangsan station and near Han River. Lots of shops like Olive Young and Daiso nearby and places to eat (although many of them open late at night). We had to go down to B1 to sort out the rubbish and recyling ourselves which was a bit of a hassle. But overall very comfortable stay and had everything we needed.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

Places to stay that I'd like to come back to

Airbnb is somewhat near the station. That consist of 4 different lines which was really convenient to travel around Seoul. Nice chill place with a park just downstairs can have strolls there as well. Host allow us to check in a few hours before stated timing so I won't complain much about the cleanliness, just a bit dusty but not too bad cause that's on us. Host also met us in the middle to fetch us and show us the accommodation which was really nice of her. If have any questions, she replies quickly.

A really nice house and close to grocery store. Also the host is very nice and really helpful.

we really had a great stay in Seoul and the location was perfect near Seoul station! the accommodation was clean in a peaceful and quiet area and we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend this place! :)

A very clean and comfortable one- bedroom apartment. Conveniently located right next to the subway station. Host is kind and helpful.

It was nice to have a good scent in the accommodation after checking in, I was able to have a pleasant day with the host's kind and quick response! It was close to Bupyeong Station, so it was easy to walk, and there was a large window on the upper floor, so I wasn't stuffy! The bathroom and room are clean, so if I come to Bupyeong, I want to visit again:)

Clean and tidy, the location of the house is quiet, and the stay is very comfortable ~

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

It's near the subway station, so the location is good. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities. It's well-equipped with toiletries, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, and detergents, so you just need to bring your own clothes for long-term stays.

The cats are a huge bonus and made walking up that hill every day totally worth it! To be fair, many residential places sit atop hills, so be prepared with luggage or just take an Uber up from the bus stop for pretty cheap (4800 won). Easy access to Hongdae area (20 mins bus) and the insta-famous waterfall cafe (15 min walk). The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure I arrived in the correct building and also gave me tips on places to visit around Korea. Easy keypad entry and quiet neighborhood and apartment, and I was able to do laundry with lots of places to hang my clothes in my room (there’s also a dryer if you like). I also loved the sunlit living room. Finally, Choco and Cheese are the cuddliest cats ever! Choco loved to lay on my stomach while in bed! They were are joy to come home to each night and I miss them dearly!

This was a in great place, great location, right next to the Starfield Shopping Mall. There is a trail nearby, if you are into a hiking or cycling or just serenity walk. This apartment has a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with spacious living room with dining table. Couch or Sofa would have been nice, though! Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much with this apartment.

Nollaig was an amazing host. He was very responsive and thorough. He provided clear instructions with photos and videos to help you around the inside and outside of the property. His home was pristine, spacious, and in a great location. There were tons of amenities- park, tennis court, soccer field, track for running, gym, outdoor workout area, swimming pool, tons of restaurants, market, convenient store, coffee shop, and the list goes on. Public transportations were easy to use because they were close by. The Namsan Tower view from his unit was beautiful. Thank you, Nollaig!
