Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Seo-gu

I stayed here for about a month and a half with my boyfriend while I studied at Yonsei University. The house has lots of space for the price and everything you need. The location is also very convenient, it is a quick walk to the bus stop, subway station, and Sinchon’s main area. It is also a bit tucked away from the main streets so it stays quiet. The host is very helpful and responds very quickly. I’d recommend anyone to stay here and would love to come again!

It was a good place to be live in Seoul. The house was clean, complete for all essential things and on the first time you enter the house it smell was soooo gooood. The location is so nice, close with subway and bus station. The host really helpfull, she help me to order fried chicken 🤣🤣 I will come to this house again once coming to Seoul again. Thankyou!!!!

It was spacious and nice. It's a little noisy, but they provide earplugs.

Although this house is not in the city center, it is relatively close to Hongda. It is convenient to come from the airport or from the city. The landlord is a person of high quality. His room decoration also gave me a lot of inspiration for the house I am renovating.

The place was extremely convenient, just a stone’s throw from a very busy and happening area with lots of restaurants and subway exit, yet quiet enough that we don’t hear the crowd when back in the accommodation. Host also informed us we could check in much earlier without us requesting so that was great! Overall a very good experience :)

It is very close to the subway station, 2 minutes on foot, the location is super good, after coming out of the building, it is Hongdae main street. The room has a large space with three beds, one double and two singles, it is suitable for many people, the room is fully stocked, the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, electronic stove is very convenient to use. The bathroom is separate and clean. There is also a full body mirror in the room that can be used, which is great! There was a small floor-to-ceiling air conditioner that happened to be the end of May when I checked in, the temperature was about 16-20 degrees was just right👌🏻 but might get hot if it was summer. All in all, I would choose to stay here in winter and spring, and the location is really the best ~!

Loved our stay here! The apartment is way more spacious than we expected, and super cozy too. Surprisingly quiet even though it’s in a lively area. Tons of great food just downstairs, and the metro’s really close. The host replies faster than my friends do:) Also, big shoutout to the terrace!

It was comfortable, the facilities were clean, and especially the owner was so kind and the pak kimchi was delicious ^^ Next time, my friends invited me to come again at the gathering. In the evening, I had fun with the karaoke machine. ^^

The barbecue area is spacious, and there's even a tree in the front yard, making for a perfect atmosphere! All the necessary items are provided, so it's a place where you only need to go. I want to visit again next time.

They kindly responded to the check-in time adjustment, and there were plenty of tableware and glasses, so I used it comfortably. There was plenty of firewood and the space was convenient. There were a variety of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient to use.

We had a smooth and hassle-free check-in. Thanks to the clear instructions and code access. The place is comfortable enough for our family of five and had everything we needed for our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but still walking distance to the lively Hongdae/Red Road area. Lots of restos and convenience store around the area. Accessible transpo, taxi, bus, train. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place. Would love to stay here again when we return to Seoul! Thank you, Jomin!

It is located close to Sillim Station, and they bought groceries and delivered at the nearby Sillim Home Mart, so I had a good barbecue and had a good time!!

Exactly like the pictures and description the distribution of rooms is very nice and makes it feel more spacious and private. Nice relaxation spots within the house. not accessable by metro, but we got along pretty well. might require a bit of stamina :). All and all; beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Had a great time

When I was searching for a location, I learned that I could stay at this house in my favorite drama, Kim Sub 3 filming locations (search by Hangul).It was my first time on Airbnb, but the owner was kind enough to let me know the rules and how to access the inn. I can't forget the five fans of Anhyoshop, and I can't forget the fact that I saw this building.I was healed in a very nice space in the house, and I had a comfortable stay.I celebrated my birthday with chicken and cake I bought along the way, and I also made my dreams. Lol The next morning, I walked around the neighborhood and there was a stylish cafe.We couldn't get inside due to time, but the inside of the store looked at was a stylish space with a wooden tone and a terrace. On the last day, I asked the owner if he could arrange a taxi for the owner to take a taxi to the Gan Huajima Terminal, and the owner would drive me by car!! They drove us to the terminal with a heavy suitcase for 5 people.In the car, they also talked about the episode of the shoot (I was glad that I had one friend who spoke English) I heard that they entered the house, and the tension increased! It was a very satisfying trip that I was really happy to have come.Thank you so much,Thank you!

There were a lot of people, but I was able to stay comfortably, and it was comfortable to have shampoo, conditioner, disposable toothbrushes, towels, etc.!

Worth the stay if you plan to travel around. Close to the station with lots of great food and activity nearby. If taxis to get around was cheap!
