Monthly Rentals in Seongnam-dong

We have stayed at Yeris house for the last 6 weeks and will be staying for longer as we really like it. We have 2 adults and 3 kids under 9yrs old in our family and the apartment has been plenty of space. It feels nice and modern. The apartment is bigger than photos suggest. Nice area of Gangneung to be in. 3min walk to walkway that leads you to beach in 1 direction (3.8km), downtown area and markets in other direction (maybe 1.5km), 5 min walk to a bmx pump track, 2mins walk to buses that go to beach or downtown. It has great aircon in the lounge and in the bigger room and a fan in the other. Its mostly a commercial building so kids can be noisy in evenings or weekends and it doesn’t matter. Has washing machine and most facilities needed to live comfortably for a while. I would recommend!

The place was great! Unit was very comfortable and our host was very responsive. I also appreciated how clean it was. Will definitely consider this place first when visiting Gangneung :)

It was nice to be able to check in earlier than expected, and the room was clean and it was nice to stay for a day! However, the water pressure is a little weak.

There are many small shops and cafes near the accommodation, the market is nearby, and there are many amenities and things to do. The interior was also clean, so it was really nice. I really recommend this place! Thank you for your attention to detail. If I come to Gangneung again next time, I want to come again. The stairs are narrow and high, so you should be careful if you have a lot of luggage. The accommodation was inevitably important, and I was so happy because of it! Thank you!
