Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history, and art of the native people. Appartamento con giardino completamente indipendente: grande sala, cucina con tutti comfort, due camere da letto (una doppia e una singola), ampio bagno con doccia. Ideale per tre persone, amanti degli animali (nel giardino vivono un cane pastore adorabile e due gatti). Non adatto ai bimbi. Età minima: 10 anni. Mare d'incanto a 5 minuti da casa. Consigliata la macchina per raggiungere Cagliari e le meravigliose spiagge del sud Sardegna. Nel piano superiore vive la proprietaria, privacy totale.
