Very well located, with all the amenities needed without the need for a car. Magnificent restaurants.

Everything was great! The apartment is situated in very nice neighbourhood with all the bars, supermarkets and walkable distance to the city center. Cristina is very nice and happy person. She gave me several tips for spending my spare time. Recommended !

I loved staying in Anny‘s place. Just before, I have spent 3 nights in a Melia Hotel and I was surprised to have slept better in Anny‘s place! Instructions to enter were clear and easy. The place is very central in a big shopping street, nevertheless quiet and private, max 10 min walk to all the restaurants and 15 min walk to the stroll in the harbor. I could not have found a better spot! Also there was shampoo in the bathroom and all other amenities, towels provided. 6/5 stars! 🤩 Thank you Anny!

Really beautiful apartment, extremely clean and super comfortable bed :) you can find anything you need in the room. It was really easy to find the place. It’s not in the strict centre but still very central so easy and safe to walk to all the restaurants, beaches, tourist attractions etc and at the same time calm and quiet at night for comfortable sleep away from the noise of restaurants and bars. Antonio was very nice and was replying to messages very quickly. Overall I highly recommend this place and hope that I will have a chance to come back one day :)

Natael and his place was the highlight of my trip to Spain. Literally right next to paradise and next to a tram station. He is soooo friendly and helpful. Speaks good English and is so accommodating. Aircon is amazing, you have your own TV with Netflix and bathroom is immaculate. I felt like a made a new friend and would love to come back! Gracias Natael!

Leila is an absolutely amazing host. Leila is so friendly and a lovely lady. We got by with my limited French and Spanish which was fun. From the minute I arrived I felt comfortable and at home. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean, light, fresh and airy and the bed is massive and very comfortable! The location is perfect. A 10 minute walk to the beautiful San Juan beach. The bus (nr 21) to Alicante centre is a 5 minute walk, every 20 minutes and takes about 20 minures. The bus drops you right outside the accommodation. I had busy days exploring Alicante but will definitely be back soon so I can relax around the beautiful pool in this very quiet and wonderful accommodation. Thank you so much Leila for your kindness x
