In the heart of Astarac on the Gers hills, renovated mill that can accommodate 2 people. Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

It is an independent accommodation with double bed and sofa bed for 1 person (width 90cm), dining area, kitchenette and bathroom located in the Gers and in the countryside. You will be in absolute calm in a property of several hectares with centuries-old oaks, chickens and 2 ponies, a permaculture vegetable garden and a view of the Pyrenees. Cottage based in the countryside, come and enjoy the benefits of a quiet and soothing location. Located close to a lake with water activities, 1 hour from ski resorts and Spain and the village 2 km away, it has all the local shops. This cottage is suitable for 2 people, with the possibility of an extra child bed, with a living room including a double bed, an equipped kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, kettle and microwave) as well as a bathroom with shower.

The 7-hectare property also offers forests, meadows, a vegetable garden, and a great environment. For recreational activities, there is a table tennis table, hammocks and a pétanque field. *The sauna is closed June-August. The pool is closed Nov-May.
