Aelion Sun is the ground floor apartment of Aelion Villas. It is a 90mm2, fully equipped apartment with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea capable of hosting up to sixr people. It has one bedroom with quin sized bed and one bedroom with two single beds, a large bathroom with shower, jacuzzi for for six people and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also sun beds for enjoying the view comfortably, washing machine, dish-washer, Wi-Fi, certified drinking water system, air conditioning and parking.

Idyllic hillside location by the coast with magnificent endless views of the blue sea! Fully equipped two-room apartment, with exit to the courtyard with BBQ. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

This house is equipped with a fully working AC, A double bed (as well as the possibility to add a camp bed), a fully furnished kitchen, one bathroom, satellite internet and a terrace with a wonderful view over the sea. Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
