The house is spacious (62 sqm) and comfortable for 3 people. It is located in Kato Chora, 20 meters from the bus stop and 200 meters from the mills in Pano Chora where there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The house is elevated from the public road (11 steps), has a courtyard with two built-in sofas. On one side of the courtyard there is 1 bedroom with 1 single and 1 double bed and 1 bathroom-wc, and on the other side there is a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 more people.
