L'accès au studio se fait via des escaliers (4étages). Le plafond est à 1m70 au plus bas. Draps et serviettes fournis. Logement non fumeur, fêtes interdites, maximum 2 personnes. Frais de ménage compris.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.
