Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sernabatim

The villa was perfect for our family and very close from cleaner beaches in Goa. It was spacious and super clean. Check in check out on time and the host was very friendly. He helped us to get grocery and any other need we have. Highlight of the trip was swimming pool. Kids had blast in the pool

We have now stayed at Clinton's place four or five times. It is a quiet place, his parents live downstairs and are both very helpful but also respectful of our privacy. The rooms are large and airy and windows are covered with mosquito proof netting so very good in warm weather. We have use of cooking facilities, washing machine, WiFi, TV and the house is quite close to basic shops. We did have access to a car so that makes it easier to get about specially to the beach etc.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Beautiful place, we completely enjoyed the stay. Caretaker Raj is a super guy. He cooks and cleans and is always smiling! Loved the vibes, and the place.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. They helped us cater all our needs not just related to our but also helped us book our transport. The place was amazing and exactly matched the description. Overall, me and my friends had an amazing time there and we really look forward to visit again soon.

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

Zak is one of the best hosts I've communicated with, now wonder he's such a good superhost, always available on call and text. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is clean, homely, calm and pretty. Zak has been helpful in recommending restaurants and helped in any query we had. Special mention to the dogs though....King-Kong, Kulfi and Pupu are absolute cuties. 100% recommended to stay in South goa. Will visit this place again for sure.

Anupama is a great host and the place is really good...and she was kind to talk her place with a 20ltr bisleri water and essesials like fruits and biscuits, hand wash etc. Generally a nice place for a small family also

The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

It was a delight to stay at Masood's place. The place is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. But what stood out for me was the attentiveness of the host. Indeed, one of the best hospitality I've experienced.

Thanks a lot to Josephina ma’am for this great experience and stay in Colva, Goa just by the sea! The room was clean and tidy with daily cleaning service! The area is great with good veg and non-veg breakfast and lunch/dinner options around. Apart from that all services are available around like taxi, buses, bikes and kirana stores! Great location! Josephina ma’am guided us a lot in terms of the bike rentals! Thanks to her we also got an early check-in and late check-out which helped us relax extra and be more comfortable there! Thank you so so so much Josephina ma’am! Absolutely loved Goa because of our convenient location and great facilities and room there in Village by the Sea, Colva Beach Road! This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

We stayed in this property for two days, it was an amazing stay. All the amenities listed were available and special thanks to the host for being responsive, very coperative and friendly. Highly recommended.

Spent 3 nights at Zen island with family and we felt right at home. Since it’s situated in a peaceful and quaint surrounding of Benaulim, inside a gated resort with security guards, it felt very safe. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Cleanliness of the house was spot on and the kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the lush green view from the balcony with the sea in the background! There was parking spot available, the pool in the resort was accessible and open and the restaurant served great food. Trinity beach is a 15min walk away, very clean and secluded. Last but not the least, Sid was a welcoming, responsive and very helpful host:) All in all, a great place for a getaway with family or friends, if you wish to enjoy a few days away from the bustle of city life!

I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. There were plenty of shared facilities that made the experience even better, including a pool table, table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable time!

This stay was perfect for a lone wolf like me who wanted some solitude. Really good amenities - great WiFi for working for a week straight, smart TV which allowed me to watch my favourite shows, and a cozy air-conditioned bedroom. The stay matches the pictures and the view is really good from the balcony. The caretaker and housekeeper services were perfect too. The host is very helpful and responsive ! The locality is very peaceful and quiet, with some beautiful places nearby.
