This wonderful jewel with history is located a few meters away from Portopetro. This workshop belonged originally to a carpenter who restored wooden boats. The house is built from the original rock that forms part of this space's heart. Thus, rock, wood, and iron make up the house's aesthetics and structure, giving the sensation of being on a ship that seems to house a cave inside.

A nice 25 m2 studio with fantastic views of Alcudia Bay and located a few meters from the beach and promenade. This studio is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
