Small house located in the Serrania de Cuenca, surrounded by nature, with magnificent views and a large terrace. The house has a rustic-style dining room and an American kitchen, delimited from it with a decorative arch and a bar. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The house has a cozy pellet stove for winter days, it is fully equipped. Located within the Alto Tajo Natural Park in which there are countless routes and places to visit.

It is a detached house facing a valley in the Alcarria, with a spectacular view and space. 65 kilometers from Madrid (45 minutes) and 12 from Guadalajara. Very well connected to the High Speed Train, BIRD, and Madrid airport.. You'll love it. It has been our family home for many years. Now we use it little, that's why we want to share it. It is a cottage with a large garden and amazing views.
