Small cozy nest in the heart of the charming village of Bouzigues, close to shops and 150 m from the Thau lagoon: the house offers a living room, marine atmosphere, a bright bedroom with its small balcony on the 1st floor and a magnificent bathroom with infrared sauna and large walk-in shower on the 2nd floor, teak and limestone atmosphere, with another small balcony opening onto the scrubland. Relaxation and well-being in the land of seafood, on the edge of a pond rich in its unique ecosystems!

Simply de luxe. Stunning historical building fully restored and adapted for a gite for 4 but can also serve as a small meeting room thanks to a built in screen and a projector. Spacious, luminous, air conditioned, the building also offers a magnificent roof terrace (garden furniture). Two double bedrooms (one double bed and two twin beds), two en suite bathrooms equipped with a shower (one of them has also a vintage bathtub), three separate toiltes and a fully eqquipped kitchen.

Le Penthouse de 65m2 vous offre une vue magnifique à 360° depuis sa terrasse de 50m2. Ici le luxe c'est les volumes des pièces et de la terrasse ainsi que la tranquillité. Il n'y a aucuns vis a vis et vous êtes au 2eme et dernier étage de ce petit immeuble d'architecte d'inspiration méditerranéenne. La terrasse possède une petite piscine d’été non chauffée (pistoche) ainsi qu’un sauna privé. La grande piscine principale et le jacuzzi sont chauffés du 15 avril au 30 septembre
