Nyrenovert ,stilig og funksjonelt anneks sentralt i Flekkefjord.Den ligger i et trafikkert område,men framstår godt skjermet og isolert.Parkering rett utenfor. Fin liten og lun uteplass til og kose seg på. Kun 5 minutters gange til Flekkefjord sentrum og alti senteret. Det er også i nærheten av restauranter og kultur/friluftstilbud. Særdeles allsidig eiendom som passer supert til enslige,par,vennepar og barnefamilier. Kan også passe til arbeidere. Sengetøy ligger klart,men må legges på selv.

Koselig leilighet på Sand

Koselig leilighet nær Sand sentrum. Fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell, flott turområde både vinter- og sommerstid. Fint for dagsturer til bl.a Stavanger og Haugesund. Passelig avstand for stopp mellom Trolltunge og Prekestolen. Lokalt er mye å sjå og gjøre også. Leiligheten passer best for 2 eller 3 personer, men har grei plass til fire for et kort opphold. Kjøkkenet er ikke stort, men det er flere gode kaféer i nærheten - tross alt, hvem vil bruke tid på kjøkkenet når på ferie og tur 😉

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

We are located in the middle of the beautiful nature areas 'Vestheie' and 'Austheie'. You are living on a farm which has chickens and goats.
