The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has a free public parking lot in the square where the apartment is located. It has a balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view. It also has excellent sun exposure, which makes it, together with all the conditions of habitability, an excellent place to spend a vacation or to telework. The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
