O apartamento está situado num 4.º andar com elevador e tem parque de estacionamento publico e gratuito na praceta onde está localizado o apartamento. Tem uma varanda onde pode desfrutar da vista desafogada. Tem também uma excelente exposição solar o que o torna, juntamente com todas as condições de habitabilidade, um excelente local para passar férias ou para estar em teletrabalho. Existe uma boa conexão de internet e televisão por cabo com 180 canais. Ar condicionado nos 2 quartos e sala.
