This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

Nice and bright apartment right in the city centre 😊 It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay, just like at your own home. A lot of fresh air, despite the central location, the yard is very quiet, you can only be waken up in the morning by birds singing 😁 You can find a variety of restaurants and cafes around, grocery shops where you can buy some fresh fruits are also very close. Walking distance to main tourist attractions is a great advantage as well.

The unit was fantastic so clean and modern. Very conveniently located near to shop and restaurant. There are a lot of cabinets space and storage. The unit was well equipped there were even snacks and food for us. Allah utensils and household items are brand new and fully functioning. The unit is even better than a 5 star hotel. There was a home entertainment system with surround sounds including in the bathroom and the kitchen also. Even though there was only one Aircon unit it was sufficient and cooled the whole apartment. We love the unit so much! RECOMMENDED!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is new, clean, very cozy. My husband and I worked remotely, so we also liked the high-speed internet and a separate office desk :) Thank you very much!

Extremely clean and recently remodeled apartment in a stunning location. Everything you need is a quick walking distance- shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. The view itself from the balcony goes beyond 5 stars. On a clear day, Mt. Ararat looks amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset.

Great location, clean house and spacy as for 2 ppl it was more than enough...the only extra thing i would like is a balcony but even without that the apartment was a real value for money.

It was a great location. A very updated and cozy apartment. All of our shopping needs were located within a couple blocks. Our host Michael was a great communicator and problem solver.

Everything is very good. The host came to receive me even it is a little late at night. And when I forgot the key in the house he also came to open door for me. Very kind of guy.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Rafael’s apartment in the center of Yerevan. The location is absolutely perfect — everything you could want is just a short walk away: cafes, shops, sights, and public transport. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was super accurate to the photos and details on Airbnb, which I really appreciated. Everything was spotless — the cleanliness of the home was impressive, and it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment I stepped inside. Rafael was a fantastic host: kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials for a great stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan. Very nice place to stay in the city centre. All the famous Yerevan sights, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful views from the window! The place has everything for comfortable stay for two weeks. Gohar and Ani were very friendly and responsive. We were able to check-in and check out in the late hours. Recommend!

I had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—modern, super clean, and really cozy. The building is brand new, and the apartment felt very fresh and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Yerevan. It felt very safe and peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed: fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast or a quick meal. It’s ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. The host was friendly, responsive, and made self check-in super easy. I really appreciated their quick replies to my questions.

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Artak and Lilit were very helpful and responsive. More than that, they were very welcoming and made us feel right at home in their wonderful AirBNB. (A huge thank you to Lilit who made sure that we were comfortable and checked up on us on our trip! It made our stay much more memorable!) The place itself had a lot of amenities and is a walking distance to a lot of places. Everything we needed was already in their place. The building itself felt very safe and secure so we had nothing to worry about. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Ruzanna is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is centrally located but is adjacent to a very busy public park with people enjoying the outdoor restaurants and cafes with loud music. It is noisy at night but closing windows usually solves the issue. The apartment is on the first floor with only one flat of stairs. The place is big and nice but needs some minor repairs and upgrades to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

A very nice stay in a very comfortable and very clean apartment, located in a lively area of Yerevan, but overlooking a very quiet courtyard! The owner was good advice and very responsive (as soon as we arrived at the airport!), and he came to welcome us on site. We would definitely recommend it!

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again.
