We had a great time! The house was very cute and the perfect size for us. We also loved how close it was to downtown and how quiet it was (despite the proximity to the downtown area). Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place ! I highly recommend very clean nice and quiet, You’re close to a park and a lake, golf and # of very good restaurants, 20 minutes to Fort Collins an 1hr to Denver,45 min to Cheyenne ,You can’t beat this location, couldn’t ask for a better host.

This was the second consecutive year we visited CSU Fort Collins for a football camp; we stayed in the same neighborhood literally a block away. This year I must say with James as our host it was a much more comfortable experience: 1. He allowed my family to check a few minutes earlier 2. His proactive instructions prevented us from driving around to search for the pools. 3. Response time was immediate we didn’t have to wait hours for a response to a simple question. 4. He allows pets so our entire family could enjoy our visit. We hope next year the property is available for next year’s visit.

One of the nicest, cleanest, well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Great communication from the hosts. Everything worked well. There were many thoughtful extras. All of our guest felt well provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Outside area is beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of space for everyone. Pool was clean and there were many pool accessories and plenty of towels. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

We enjoyed staying here with our friends. The house itself is beautiful and very spacious. The pool table was a hit for us we spent hours playing on it. We also enjoyed how comfortable and homey the living room felt. Perfect for a family movie night on a gloomy day! Recommend this house to anyone who loves having a lot of space!

Diana and Jean have an absolutely lovely home nestles in the woods by a creek. The parking is private and in the back. There are clear instructions everywhere on the property. You get a private fenced area for your dog and there is a potty bucket and scooper as well. The inside is beautifully decorated and comes with every extra amenity you can think of! Snacks, and fancy bathroom extras like shower steamers. You are on the top floor so it is very quiet and you get a perfect breeze to cool it off. It is also walking distance to several pizza places and coffee.

Everything went great! She was very easy to communicate with and we got right in when we needed!

We often travel to Greeley, and Beth's place is exactly what we were looking for. The description of her listing accurately reflects the home, which is located in a nice area and is very convenient for our visits, making commuting easy. As long as her listing is available, we will continue to stay there.

The house was in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. It was spotless and nicely decorated without being too much. We used the grill that was available. It was ready to go with two full propane tanks. Kate was very responsive and accommodating. She dropped off an iron and ironing board when we needed one. The bed was very comfortable and the tv was easy to operate. Overall we had an excellent experience. We highly recommend Kate’s place if you want to feel right at home.

Diane was an amazing host. The space was immaculate and made you feel right at home. She went over and above to make sure we had a wonderful experience. She provided a snack basket and all other amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at Diane’s.

Came into town to visit family and couldn’t have been happier with the Cozy Craftsman. Debbie was responsive to all of our questions, allowed us an early check-in to better coordinate with a family activity, and was extremely friendly and helpful. The house itself is an absolute gem. Perfect for the four people traveling in our party with plenty of room to spare. Can’t say enough about the location, the home’s cleanliness, availability of amenities, and the quiet neighborhood. Wonderful stay at the Happy Place Hideaway, it had everything we could possibly need. Great location for easy and beautiful drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Loveland is just the cutest town. Highly recommend!!

Nice quiet place to stay. Not a bad commute to CSU in Fort Collins (20-25 minute drive). Host was responsive to question and addressed issues in a timely manner. Would defiantly stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nights. Everything I needed. Peaceful & quiet. Bed was so comfortable! I enjoyed hearing the chickens occasionally. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute & hosts responded within minutes! They communicate so well & I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend staying here when near Loveland.

This place is great! The house is exactly as listed. It's been renovated in the past couple years and the pictures are accurate. Very nice inside. Always plenty of hot water. Very good central AC and heat. Extremely clean when I got it! I mean, spotless! Good, relatively central location for Greeley. Host is very communicative and friendly. I will definitely look here first if I ever need a place Greeley again. Highly recommend!
