We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

Dear Tea and Dear Ante, Thank you for the wonderful holiday we were allowed to spend with you. It was a beautiful house with direct access to the water. If we had any questions or similar, you were always right there. We felt very comfortable with you and a highlight was of course the large terrace with the most diverse areas to relax. We had an amazing stay. The location is super quiet off season and it's a hidden gem. The house has the best view in town and is close to everything.

Ilija's place was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. It was perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation for us after our final exams! We were quickly and kindly briefed by the hosts on our arrival at the villa and also received a small welcome gift :D If we had any questions, they were directly accessible and they could also quickly go to hand if there was a small problem or a specific request from us :) Overall, my friends and I had a very good stay there and would recommend the villa to everyone!

Beautiful villa tucked away in a peaceful village overlooking the sea with stunning views. A great place to unwind and relax. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need, airconditioning in all the rooms, three good size bedrooms all with their own bathroom, access to Netflix, own driveway and garage, very large swimming pool and flyscreens on all the windows and doors. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave. The nearest supermarket is only a 10 minute drive (so you need a car) and its close to all the local attractions and 30 minutes from Split Airport. Would recommend visiting Primosten which is beautiful with a stunning beach and plenty of bars and restaurants, but not too crowded. The hosts were amazing and gave us loads of recommendations for places to visit and eat out. Would definitely come back!

If you are on the fence about booking here - do it. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip - with Tomi it genuinely felt like we were staying with family. The house itself was clean and cozy, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy lazy mornings or cool evenings. The location is amazing. You are a short walk to the downtown center, waterfront, and restaurant area. We also took the bikes to the park for a couple beach days while we stayed here which I highly recommend. Lastly, we cannot say enough good things about Tomi. He is an incredible host - extremely attentive to the little details, has amazing recommendations on how to spend your time, and is a lovely person to talk with (with lots of historical knowledge about Split). He will be as hands-off or hands-on as you want him to be. His mantra was "it is no problem, you just sit back and relax" and that truly elevated our experience. You will be treated better than at a 5-star hotel! Thank you for everything Tomi!

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

We absolutely had an amazing time at the villa. Anita and her family was very very sweet they picked us from middle as our uber dropped us , the house was super clean , they also welcomed us with local alcohol they produce. Very very responsive about everything like recommendations and helps. Fully recommend them if you want to enjoy a villa with pool, jacuzzi and BBQ and also want a peaceful time away from hustle bustle.

We had a lovely time in Marijas Villa. Everything is as described in the Airbnb-Ad. Marija is very friendly and available at any time for questions and recommendations. She is one of the best host i have ever had. We were very thankful to have her.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

The villa was better than the pictures, the views of the sea and mountains were stunning. Kristian was a great host and the check in process was great. He also greeted us with some wine and deserts which was a lovely gesture! It’s a brilliant location with both Split and Trogir a 15 minute drive away and the bars and restaurants of Kaštel Gomilica are a 10 minute walk. I would definitely return if I was visiting the Kaštel area!

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

It was really great with Josipa and Mirko Mirko. The two are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful, very clean and it was really everything and many more extras than you needed. The area is beautiful and very quiet. There are many shopping opportunities. Absolutely great and not touristy. The locals are nice and helpful. A great vacation Thank you, Josipa and Mirko 🥰

We were guests with the family at Tomo's and enjoyed the stay very much. Tomo welcomed us as a very accommodating host with a small meal. After that, he took the time to show us the entire facility. The house is situated in a very quiet place (car necessary for arrival) at the top of the slope without direct neighbors. It's only a few hundred meters downhill to the sea. Apart from a small hut on the beach, there are no restaurants in the village, the closest ones as well as the supermarkets are about 10 minutes away by car. The house itself has three fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. The pool is chlorine-free, which we found extremely pleasant with small children. In addition to several balconies with a sensational view of the bay, there is a nice seating area with a grill on the first floor. Tomo was available to us during the entire stay and provided us with great tips. I can fully recommend the house.

What a wonderful villa. All feels new, it was very clean and has all the necessary amenities. There are so many amazing plants & herbs on the property, you have a private access to the sea and a great swimming pool. The villa has all you need- peace and privacy. The host is great too- attentive and friendly. Don't expect much from Sevid- there's barely anything and the roads are... bad. You will need a car to get anything or anywhere. But there was noone around and we appreciated that.

The villa was beautiful and modern, the whole house was very clean and tidy. Finding the villa was really easy as the Airbnb location mirrored exactly to our Apple Maps. All the rooms of the house were modern, tastefully decorated and included modern appliances. The pool is a salt pool which was actually a really nice alternative to being highly chlorinated and you can find both sun and shade at all times of the day on the terrace. If you take a short two minute walk down the road through the residences you get to a beautiful private spot to go in the sea - there isn’t a beach but it’s far better if you want to go for a swim/dip. We would recommend visiting Rogoznica nearby for food and a little walk, or Trogir a further distance but very pretty and less busy than Split/Zadar.

Beautiful villa off the beaten path. It felt like having a private beach. Golf cart made is easy to get up and down.

We can sum up Meri's villa up in just one word, the trouble is we can't decide whether that word is 'beautiful' or 'perfect' or 'paradise'. It lives up to all the photos with the most stunning view and perfect sunsets. Can't recommend enough.

A great house very close to the sea. I stayed here with 9 friends. Very comfortable and beautiful surroundings. The host responded the messages very fast and was very kind and helpful. I recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable vacation in sunny Croatia.

Great villa, great location, and great host! Our family stayed in the house for a week with four kids between 3-12yr. Worked out very well for us 😊 More than happy to come back again another time <3
