Holiday rentals with a patio in Sevid na moru

A vast balcony, with great shade, and furniture. Gorgeous vista, and a pleasant breeze. Private rocky beach right in front, with dedicated sunbeds and superb canopy made of natural materials. Not too many people. A relaxed private beach bar. Huge private pool. All this combined made our stay one of the best we had amongst the many stays we had all over the Croatian coast. Absolutely recommend.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Richly equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 rooms, living room, balcony: from dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils dishwasher, induction hob, large refrigerator; washing machine, shampoos, hair dryer, towels; sheets, and spare, ironing board and iron; manual and regular vacuum cleaner, umbrella, sun loungers. We were greeted by extremely warm and friendly parents from the renter. Communication with them was great, accommodating. What we were disappointed at first was the very road to Zatoglav which is quite narrow-real the 1 car, and drive in both directions. Sharp turns, followed by a large uphill road, and you don't see what follows, so downhill and again a sharp turn- this has to be resolved locally. Next thing to fix locally is the beach boardwalk. The infrastructure is at a low level. No shops, no cafes. The nearest shop is a 35-minute walk on the same road. But a mobile baker is a refreshment

The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. We loved staying at apartment Ivana - it’s close to lo lovely restaurants, beaches, and bars. It’s clean, comfy and well equipped - very spacious too. Great communication from host Denis.

We stayed there for a week and it was really as nice as in the pictures. Stjepan was super nice and helped with all sorts of things. 2 min walk to the beach, but 10 minute walk along the beach to get to the other side where most restaurants are located which was totally okay. 15-20 min by taxi from the airport to the house. 10 min from the house by taxi to Trogir Old Town. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and pleasant vacation.

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

Easy to access and in a great location. Hosts were great at communicating and helpful with recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Thank you for everything!

The accommodation was perfectly functional , a sea view terrace in the shade for breakfast and lunch , immediate access to the sea with sunbeds . The setting is ideal , very relaxing. We were very well hosted by the owners.

Nikola was amazingly helpful, even during some stressful situations! Would love to stay there again if in Split.

Ivana welcomed us very warmly with gifts and a flexible early check-in. We had a great time in the house, which you wouldn't expect for the low price! Great view, location right by the sea and great outdoor area. Ivana always responded very quickly and super friendly and took care of problems super quickly

Mirko, was something else. So we were on a 30 tour of europe on our motorcycles. Arriving on 10th June . However our wifes flew out to meet us and arrived two days earlier on the 8th. Mirko met then in their arrival and greeted them with fresh meets cheeses, bread, give them all they needed to know and checking in with then on both days . We arrived two days later to being met also by Mirko with the same service and generousity. Checked in with us everyday and really looked after us . No where else id stay to be honest. 5 Star Service

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a nice host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, so we experienced some inconvenience. This will probably be completed quickly.

The holiday villa was very well liked. The cottage is fully equipped, very clean and modernly furnished and has a large swimming pool. The host was also very nice, she came by almost every day to bring fresh things (vegetables, fruit, etc.). The location is close to the airport, so you may experience some noise from planes and helicopters, but this was not very annoying. To go somewhere, you always have to go down a busy road first, a (rental) car is a must. All in all, we had a fantastic week in Vila Ana.

We spent a wonderful week at Ante's house. We were travelling with a toddler and a baby, and there was everything we needed: toys and a swing in the garden, and all the equipment, even a bed rail. We didn't meet in person with Ante but he was always helpful and very generous, we could even eat vegetables from the garden, which were delicious! The perfect house to relax in a peaceful environment, highly recommended! Thank you for everything Ante, you made our stay very comfortable!

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Everything was perfect

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

Very good place to stay overnight, close to Split and clean rooms.
