The home is nothing short of spectacular!!! Luxurious, beautiful, and spacious !!! The mountain top view from the enormous living window is breathtaking. Perfect family getaway and we hope to return someday soon!!! Highly recommend!!!

We have been coming to the area for vacation for years, and THIS is the best location and stay. Quick and easy access to the "strip" but incredibly quiet and beautiful location. You feel deep in the woods/mountains w/o the need to climb sketchy mountain roads. Home had EVERYTHING you could need...comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a super fun upper level for movies, games, etc. Plenty of space for split/group families, comfortable beds, and overall amazing space! This will be our go to for years for vacation!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such an amazing stay! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed, but the real highlight was the absolutely stunning mountain views! Waking up to that peaceful scenery each morning was unreal. It felt like our own little retreat tucked away in nature. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would 100% come back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful beautiful views from this location on Douglas lake! Fishing and swimming only a couple minutes away, great place to stay for a mountain get away. Andrew was great and gave suggestions for things to do in the area.

We loved staying at hilltop. The place was very clean and felt like home. We had some issues with the keypad and Brian came right over and fixed our problem without hesitation. The kids with us loved all the games and the outdoor play equipment. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

I really loved this mountain oasis with the ability to be close to the attractions of Pigeon Forge! Really beautiful view and peaceful, extremely clean space as well!

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

this place was perfect for our 2 night pass through pigeon forge on our southeast road trip! its close to all the attractions of the town but also feels secluded and feels like youre staying in a cabin in the mountains. id highly recommend staying here or even checking out any of their other places on the property! look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!

Great pool, close to everything, the sky park is pretty neat and just a mile away. Place was very clean and well appointed with dishes, etc. People are super frfriendly and helpful here at the lodge.

We stayed for 2 nights to break up a drive from Nashville to Maryland. It was our first time in Gatlinburg and the place definitely met our needs. It's on the ground floor of the condo building - easy enough to find and excellent directions/communication to access the place. If you want to be in the middle of the action, you'll want to pick a place closer to the main tourist area in Gatlinburg. Coming from Nashville, we appreciated the peace and quiet. The unit has been well used, some furniture/finishes are a bit dated, but it's well maintained (minus the screen missing from the sliding door) and was quite clean. The bed is very comfortable and the host communicates well (which included keeping us in the loop about a wifi outage due to weather). The video game is a really cool touch!

This was our second time staying there and it was better than the first. Even though we didn’t use them this time, the game room and outdoor lounge area was incredible nice. That was something new to us on this stay. We will definitely factor them into our plans for next time. It is a great location for us because it’s close to the things we like in Cosby, but not too far from Greenbrier, Gatlinburg/Sugarland area, and the remainder of the park. Overall, it was a great stay again.

My husband and I recently stayed in this cozy cabin and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect — nestled in a small community of other cabins, it felt peaceful and tucked away, yet still just a short drive to everything in town. The hosts were fantastic — super responsive and helpful. During our stay, some hiking trails in the area were closed due to mudslides, and they quickly provided resources and updates so we could still enjoy the outdoors safely. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cabin was great and we loved the creek. Listening to the running water and little water falls at night was ultimate relaxation.

We have a great stay. Matt & Tracey were helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The place was neat & clean, with all the amenities we needed. It was the perfect distance from Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. The views from the deck were spectacular. The hot tub was squeaky clean and was great to relax in after a long day of hiking! If we return to this area - we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary here at the cabin. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. Greg was very responsive prior to check-in and during the stay when internet issue came up (nothing on his part-reported outages). We definitely would use his services again.

We enjoyed our stay in this secluded cabin, especially the use of the sauna and hot tub. Great place for families looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had a great stay at Christina’s cabin! The landscaping and views were so dreamy and relaxing! We enjoyed coffee on the porch rocking chairs in the mornings and cocktails on the swing and in the hot tub in the evenings! The bed was seriously SO comfortable and my husband and I slept better than we ever have! The drive to downtown Gatlinburg is about 25min and Smoky Mountain National Park is anywhere from 30-60min away depending on which trail you’re planning to visit. We hiked both Alum Cave and Andrew’s Bald, both of which were light to moderately challenging and had some beautiful views! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in the Smoky’s, look no further!
