Holiday rentals with a patio in Sevier County

We loved our stay. It was very easy to get to, and great instructions were given to get into the home. When we walked in it felt like home. I felt safe in the location and it was close enough to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The only down side was the people in the unit above us were quit nosy. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice vacation!

The loft is beautiful and SO clean. We often have allergy issues with airbnbs but not this trip! So clean. Absolutely love being right on the river stream, too. So peaceful.

Perfect location to get to the park as well as all the restaurants. Great communication and very responsive when I needed anything. Second time staying here as it’s the perfect size and the huge tub and comfy bed are great after a long day in the park!! Thanks again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and we had plenty of room. The location was perfect. You are close to everything in Pigeon Forge but it didn’t feel like it. It was quiet and not overly busy at the resort. Our boys enjoyed the pool and lazy river. You can see Dollywood’s fireworks from the balcony. We watched them 2 nights in a row. You could also see some of their drone show as well. If we travel back to the area we would definitely enjoy staying here again.

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

We loved our stay here! So close to all the things to do in Pigeon Forge but in the mountains. Definitely recommend staying here for the price! Very clean and easy to get to! We will be back

Great location, super close drive to Smokey Mountains and the downtown (and Dollywood!). Very quiet, private, and in great condition! I could not recommend this airbnb more. The quality of the stay and the responsiveness of the host made our trip much more streamlined and easy!

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Mountain Escape in Sevierville, Tennessee! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family. The fully stocked kitchen made meals easy, and the cozy deck with stunning mountain views was a favorite spot for relaxing. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it offered the perfect blend of quiet retreat and convenient access to all the fun in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We also really enjoyed the extra touches—like ping pong and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. Dylan and Suzanne were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and great to work with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this rental if you’re looking for a relaxing mountain escape with all the comforts of home!

Nikki's home is very cozy and welcoming, both inside and outside. The outdoors area is very peaceful with ample seating, is well lit, has a gas firepit in one area, and a gas grill in another. Perfect for a relaxing evening outside. The inside is comfortable, clean, also has plenty of seating, has all of the comforts of home, and the beds are extremely comfortable. She is a fantastic communicator, very responsive. We loved staying at Nikki's home and would most definitely stay again!

We loved staying at hilltop. The place was very clean and felt like home. We had some issues with the keypad and Brian came right over and fixed our problem without hesitation. The kids with us loved all the games and the outdoor play equipment. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Wow! This was such a beautiful home and Luis + Crystal were excellent hosts, always quick with a response to any questions we had. We were very pleasantly surprised when we discovered there was even more space that wasn't shown in the photos, in a full basement with a super comfy couch and huge screen TV, along with beanbags and a table that was great for playing board games on! The location is also excellent as the home was super easy to get to with no steep winding roads to have to go up, as seems to so often be the case in that area, and we were just minutes away from tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and all the attractions. We would definitely stay in this home again if we come back to Pigeon Forge!<3 :)

Absolutely an amazing stay!! Beautiful views matched with peace and quiet and privacy. The cabin was immaculately clean and very well decorated and felt right at home. The hot tub was a great touch and was amazing to relax in after a day of hiking or just walking the strip. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting seclusion and a great place to relax and unwind.

Had an awesome stay at Leslie and John’s place! The place was just as described and we loved the layout as well as all of the amenities. Such beautiful sunrises 🌅 and a peaceful area. Nice views, fun rides up and down the mountain. We would love to stay again soon! Leslie and John were helpful and communicated well throughout our stay. Beautiful private balcony to kick back and enjoy the awesome views.

This place was great and perfect location! Absolutely loved how easy it was to get in and enjoy 2 days of sight seeing. This place is a must if you want to be in Pigeon Forge! Great Host just fantastic!

A great find close to everything in Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Temperature was perfect as they had two AC units. Free, easy parking. The unit was stylishly decorated and ww loved the full size mirrors! We visited Anakeesta and Skypark all in one day as well as the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

Suite serenity was great, exactly as depicted. The condo complex was a little dated looking from the outside but I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. One note: I think the name of the building should be somewhere, unless I overlooked it, but with there being multiple building I was concerned at first that we were at the right building. We got it first try and it wasn’t an issue but the complex name would have made it easier.

Laura was a great host! The condo was very nice with great amenities! It was close to the National Park and had great restaurants near by. My only suggestion is drive slow when going up the mountain lots of turns and steep. Scenic drive and peaceful location! We got to see 4 bears in our trip! Thank you for a great vacation!

It was such a beautiful and peaceful stay. Keith was super helpful and available to help with anything needed. The space was so cute and at night you can see all the stars since it’s at the top of the mountain which was beautiful. Also very quiet and easy to get to town or any attractions.
