This amazing home was originally built in the late 1900's and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. The garden guesthouse is a quaint space surrounded by shrubs and gardens. The room has a comfy queen bed and sofa futon. This space is perfect for up to 2 adults. The space is cozy yearr-round with great heat and lovely AC and night sky views. The restrooms are a shared space in our converted farm silo. They are approximately 20 yards from the guesthouse. If your accommodation of choice is a hotel, this is not your spot. The guesthouse has a firepit, chairs and a picnic table.

We have stayed here multiple times, this time Stephen upgraded many things in the house. If it was already beautiful now it’s even better. He has added games for family time. The ceiling fans and new light fixtures are great. Also there is enough room to park your cars in a secure area.

Highly recommend this as a cozy place to stay in Richfield. As big mountain bikers, this home was in a perfect location with easy access to local trails. It was a five minute bike ride to the base of telegraph. We also loved that it was very new, clean, and modern. We would definitely stay here again on our annual trip.

Absolutely immaculate the place was better than our expectations. The house was clean the bedrooms were very well kept with plenty of blankets.The living room and the kitchen were well kept .My favorite part was the downstairs basement with extra bedrooms, bathrooms and the game room with a full size pool table and big screen tv with very comfortable sitting. I would most definitely recomennd this place and perhaps rent it again sometime.

Lots of reviews say they will return and this is our second time staying here. We appreciate the space and location. This time our daughter got to spend some time appreciating the two horses. There is a laundry in the house but I did laundry for the team at the laundry-mat that is literally steps away on the corner. Beautiful sunsets and enjoyable strolls in the small town. My daughter told my wife after going for ice cream at the local burger and shake place, that "this is one of the best days ever". Thanks

We had a great time here for a little Memorial Day vacation. It’s close to the hot springs and lava tubes which my family loved. We stayed here with four kids and there is more than enough space, getting there and getting in was very easy, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. They even let the kids play with their puppies for a while. There was plenty of hot water, fun video games, and a kitchen that had everything we needed. It was a lovely, cozy stay!

Super cute, updated place. very clean and lots of extra linens. We were in Richfield for a dance competition and it was 2 minutes away from the high school so it was super convenient. Will definitely check if this place is available next time we come through. Host was very friendly and accommodating, we extended our trip last minute and she was completely willing to work with us.

We only stayed for a quick night on our way through Utah but would definitely stay longer if in the area again. the house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. the layout was great for our family of five and have great options for sleeping. it was warm in the bedrooms but the fans kept us cool enough. our kids loved the little bit of time they had to play in the yard. only thing we would improve would be curtains in the bedrooms. the blinds let in lots of light in the morning. fine for us because we were getting up early, but if you like it dark you might want to bring travel shades.
