El apartamento está ubicado en la parte interna del edificio, por lo que es muy silencioso. Ventaja de estar en pleno centro sin el inconveniente del ruido. Aunque está en la parte interna del edificio, el apartamento es muy luminoso ya que las ventanas del salon y del dormitorio dan a la terraza y ésta a su vez al patio de luz del edificio.

Apartamento muy amplio en pleno centro de Sevilla, con techos de 4m de altura, un dormitorio para dos personas y sofá cama doble muy cómodo para otras dos. Nuevo a estrenar. Muy cercano a pie de Las Setas, Plaza del Salvador, Plaza del Duque, Catedral, Palacio de Dueñas y Alameda de Hércules. Muchos restaurantes y animación próximos; aunque su ubicación es muy tranquila ya que la calle es peatonal. Con un bonito patio privado. Perfecto para una tranquila y muy segura estancia en Sevilla.
