Downstairs are the living room of 45 m2., Cheerful kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor are four bedrooms, one with dressing room, and two bathrooms and finally in the attic is a bedroom with bathroom and access to a terrace of 40 m2. Regarding your comment that facilities are of extreme comfort: water radiator heating and air conditioning units hot and cold in all units with separate thermostats (9 pcs.) Es un apartamento muy amplio y cómodo en el casco antiguo e histórico de Sevilla y se puede ir a pie a toda la zona monumental, comercial, hostelera y nocturna de la ciudad. Es una magnífica vivienda de 80 metros cuadrados ubicada en una casa palacio del siglo XVIII que fue rehabilitada hace 10 años para convertirla en 6 viviendas.

El apartamento está en el Arenal de Sevilla, localización excelente. A escasos minutos andando de la Catedral y el Alcázar, y muy cerca de restaurantes. Como no vivo en Sevilla, Maria se encargará del check in. Explicará y resolverá todas las dudas. Debido a la normativa, os pedirá información para identificaros. Normalmente el check in es desde las 3 pm y el check out hasta las 11 am, pero intento ser flexibles.
