Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Very well located, quiet , clean apartment. Accessible by e-bike throughout the city of Annecy. Easy to charge on the deck . Full of attention left by Martine who are very pleasant (Coffee , jam , brioche, wine…) Everything was perfect for discovering this beautiful region

Alice's place was just perfect! 100% true to the description, everything is very well thought out and attention to detail: the ceiling speaker, kitchen amenities, clean and comfortable linens, access to two bikes. Not to mention the hot tub, which obviously makes all the difference. The lake view is also a real plus! I would recommend it in a second! Thank you again to Alice.

Anne welcomed us very well and her accommodation was superb. Very nice, tidy, functional, the terrace is a real plus and we appreciate the view of the lake. There is a place (garage) and otherwise a visitor's place. The lake is within walking distance, which is a real plus. Anne was very kind and welcoming. This place is beautiful, peaceful, and great for families. The dock drops into waist-deep, crystal clear water with a soft sandy bottom. The only problem was that the backyard was too good—our kids never wanted to leave to go sight-seeing! The concierge staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to book local experiences for us that aligned with our unique needs. It’s within walking distance of one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to: Matt and Lulu’s. Also a short walk from the boat dock where you can rent paddle boats, pontoon boats, kayaks, SUPs, etc. We would absolutely come back again!

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

Very beautiful and nice house. Perfect for a small family with the beach a few minutes' walk away. Need a bike to go to Annecy but largely doable.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay in Veyrier. The apartment is very nice and the view is sublime. In addition, it is very well located: 5 minutes from the lake, close to free parking, a convenience store and the bus stop to walk around the lake. Only downside for us: There are no shutters and no blinds/curtains at all the windows of the room upstairs: complicated to rest because it is great day as soon as the sun is there.

Beautifully furnished and functional studio, with outdoor space in a secure residence in the center of Duingt with direct access to the lake... really very nice!

Good communication with the owner. Clear information. A well-located, quiet home with a magnificent and peaceful view. The apartment was spotless, it smelled good, well equipped with good bedding. A very good restaurant for 2 pas. And all the amenities easy to access. It's a great place that I keep👍

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊
