Lovely complex , great position to enjoy lovely view of the Indian Ocean . Very convenient location . Very peaceful with amazing sounds of the ocean to fall asleep to at night . Overall a lovely space to spend a relaxing holiday .

Easter Weekend Getaway Review We had a wonderful stay during the Easter weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with delicious drinks and snacks, setting the tone for our trip. The accommodation was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. Andrew, our host, was exceptional. He provided clear instructions and directions, and even checked in on us to ensure we arrived safely. His caring nature truly made us feel at home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was clean , beautiful , safe and peaceful , it’s a perfect place for two. The WiFi was working perfectly, tv and other appliances . A recommendation would be to get a big mirror rather than just one mirror. It’s also great that the heater was available however an air-corn would be more convenient. Other than that , this apartment was a 10 out of 10.

The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Rob is an amazing host. Very proactive and responsive. On the day of our arrival the toilet had an issue but Rob made sure that it gets fixed so we can proceed with our stay, really appreciated that. Our stay was great, the place is just like the pictures and very clean. The estate is safe and has a café with delicious food. Rob made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and will book Rob’s place again.

nivesh is a good person, always available for any help, the house is also clean, the only problem is that the internet is not good and the television is not possible to watch anything, Netflix or YouTube, and that is what they should change

Lovely unit in the Balwin Ballito Hills estate. Everything was on point and almost felt like home away from home. Smart home control by Alexa took some getting used to, but fun and convenient to use. Unit has everything to ensure a good long or short term stay. Domestic came in twice a week. Even helped with personal laundry. Security is tight and access control took some effort to get working but once set up properly worked effectively. We made good use of the estate pool, cafe, padel courts. Owner was easy to deal with and he responded timely when texted. Will definitely return if required.

Sheneen is a great hos, very responsive and friendly. The apartment has lovely book collection, a clean and tidy lounge and kitchen, spacious bedroom and nice balcony. Would definitely recommend it.

Very clean house and had all the utensils, towels, cleaning materials etc. that you need for a long stay. There is an aircon in the house as well that’s not listed! 🙏🏼 Dylan is quick on replies and was very helpful.

Great stay, lovely location in Sibaya short journey to Umhlanga and a nice trail/cut through to Umdloti. Place is as seen in pictures and the complex is even nicer. Really good hosts always helped when we needed and gave us refresh cleans throughout our stay. Would recommend a short or long term stay here!

Ashley was a wonderful host, very helpful and good communication! The house was great had everything you needed and the open plan lives so well! Only downside there was only AC in the main bedroom but all rooms had fans. We loved our stay!

Love this home! It is focused on kids and entertainment. There is a spectacular patio overlooking the sea. It is safe and secure and felt like home. I love how upstairs is the central point and we could all be together without getting in each other's space. there is a cute Kids lounge downstairs with a TV, so the kids had their own space. the bedrooms are spacious and modern. Bathrooms are clean. The kitchen is fully kitted and beautiful. Friendly cleaning lady. Thank you for a great holiday home.

It’s an extraordinary place, and staying at Wendy’s stunning home will make your experience even more special. Having visited Simbithi multiple times, I can confidently recommend this property. Wendy’s home is just as beautiful as it appears in the photos—secluded enough to feel private, yet conveniently located near everything you might need. A truly wonderful stay—highly recommended!

Leigh’s home is wonderful, spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck into the the forest was so serene and peaceful. Leigh was a perfect host. She responded promptly thought our booking. Location of the property was perfect, close to shops and lots to do in the area for families. Thuli, the housekeeper was such a help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Leigh’s and would definitely book again.

Our family vacation at this accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. The house, located in a secure estate with beautiful wildlife, provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Shops and beaches were within a convenient 10-kilometer radius. The host's generosity in allowing our kids to play with the toys was a heartwarming touch. While the security rules can be strict, the host's provided code helped to mitigate potential inconveniences. We experienced some minor issues with network coverage (this is somehow mitigated by wifi access and is not in the control of the host). The helper (cleaning lady) was amazing and we appreciated having someone to ask questions regarding the house. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable and we would recommend this accommodation to families seeking a comfortable and convenient getaway.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Kristin’s gorgeous home. It was immaculate. The amenities kept the kids entertained the entire stay. Kristin was always accessible to us to provide guidance and support. The pictures do not do this place justice, an absolute dream. Thanks Kristin, we’ll be back!
