The fully remodeled 2000 square foot second story loft is within walking distance to 10 or more restaurants, fine boutiques, shops, and an art gallery. It is located across from the National Historic Fort site built in 1842. The 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, 98” TV, and game table.

We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Come and relax at the Cottage on Summit. A comfortable little house right off the square in Girard,Kansas There are several little shops,restaurants and a coffee shop about 2 blocks from the house. There is a Sonic,Dollar General,Opies and a grocery store not to far away. Kansas Crossing Casino is 18 miles away. Pitt State University is 12 miles away. We have a pull thru driveway. So it will be easy if you have a boat or trailer to get in and out. We would love to host you!!

All wood inside that our guest fondly refer to it as “the cabin”. There is a Washer and dryer, and full kitchen to complete everything you might need to enjoy a little get away.
