Book 1st room for a couple (complete private house) & $25 every guest after (eg. 5 additional guest max) 7th guest has access to fold up bed & linen.

Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . Perched up high on a working regenerative farm where you will watch the chickens and cows roam. Hot tub to soak in, fire pit, indoor fire for the cooler months, outdoor cooking and includes locally sourced breakfast fresh eggs from our farm, bread, bacon, butter, honey, olive oil, very good coffee & tea.

The Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, induction hotplate and electric frypan as well as toaster, tea and coffee making. The compact ensuite is equipped with shower/toilet and basin. Guests have exclusive use of the studio courtyard which is secure for your dog.

The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.
