The Hay Loft sits in the middle of 43 beautiful acres, overlooking our working hay farm with stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. Spacious rustic/luxe suite w/gas fireplace; king bed and bathroom with tiled shower, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, no freezer, dishes and and outdoor gas grill and indoor gas fireplace. Katie's Shenandoah Kottage

The guest cottage is "attached" to the back side of the 1880's farm house and shares an acre of land. The property is located In the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, in the small town of Broadway. It is just a short drive from all the valley has to offer: hiking, Civil War battlefields, wineries, breweries, cavern tours, skiing, golfing, Shenandoah National Park, James Madison University, antique shopping, and Mennonite markets. You must be 25 or older to rent. There is a two night minimum stay.

Nestled between Mount Tom and Double Top Mountain and at the edge of the Shenandoah National Forest, Little House is the perfect starting out and ending point for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the Appalachian Mountains. Little House is located at the edge of our 7 acre property. You'll enjoy the bucolic atmosphere of our farmette which includes use of our shared sitting area on Strother Run. The sitting area is shared with the main house which is rented or used by our family periodically.

Modern Cottage near Charlottesville

Bright and open studio space that sits on a 2.5 acre parcel and is about 150 feet away from the main house where we live. It is less than 10 minutes to the airport and under 30 minutes to downtown. The space features a kitchenette, one full bath and an open lofted bedroom space (queen size bed) upstairs. The twin beds are located on the main floor. We can only allow a maximum of 2 cars due to limited space on the property. Use of candles or fire stove is not permitted.
