Family-friendly holiday rentals in Shepperton

We had a wonderful Christmas week at Flagpole Cottage. The hosts' home was clean, welcoming and extremely well-equipped. We had everything necessary for preparing family feasts, having a wood fire, plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Robin and Francine even left a beautifully decorated real Christmas tree for us the enjoy (and put our presents under), a very thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and trampoline (we were lucky with the weather, cold but not rainy) as well as the local walks to pubs. We bought our Christmas turkey (ordered in advance) at the fabulous Flower Farm shop, which is nearby and is a great source for all things edible. Robin and Francine's guide to local amenities and activities is thorough and quite useful. Robin was very attentive and open to queries but everything was so clearly laid out we didn't really have any questions. One last thing - the gardens are exceptional - even in December! I was in awe - especially the topiary. The old yew trees! xx

Great area of London for restaurants and markets. Easy access to Tube at Algate East and other rail at Liverpool Station. Val’s place was homey and clean and lots of room. Kitchen really well equipped. Views of the skyline beautiful, especially at night. A wonderful place to stay in the eastern end of London.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Absolute lovely place in a quiet area of London. The flat is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a short or long stay. Totally recommended, would love to come back!

Great unit that was close to transportation. Unit was in a safe area. Unit was clean and well equipped. Our host Brett was easy to get ahold of and represented the unit accurately. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was great. The end bedroom gets some traffic noise but earplugs fixes this. The stairs, though many, were not an issue and we saw it as part of our exercise regime! A great experience all round. Perfectly placed and the private park was delightful.

Amazing London flat! BEST check in (with John) we’ve ever had at Airbnbs- he is amazing & u will want him to stay & socialize after he aptly explains home features & mini instructions! Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

Truly wonderful location - we walked EVERYWHERE .... Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Little Venice, Regent's Canal, Camden, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Mayfair .... A very easy commute from Heathrow to the apartment on the Elizabeth Line, alighting at Paddington Station with only a short walk then to the apartment. Ivo & Ann-Mari have thought of EVERYTHING, so the apartment was perfectly appointed - bed was super comfortable plus we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine, REAL milk to make a cuppa (so very often not provided) and crumpets and jam for a snack - delicious ! We would like to also acknowledge their kind understanding and calmness when we realised we were 1 day short with our original booking and needed to stay 1 more night at very short notice ! Fantastic, stylish and artistic home. The space is peaceful and relaxing. Courtyard is perfect for enjoying a cuppa in the morning air. James even went to the trouble of booking parking for us at a very reasonable price. Great park at the end of the road for dog walks and canal is just over the road for lovely strolls. A range of shops and eateries on the doorstep. One of the most comfortable stays we’ve had.

Such a lovely home, we didn't want to leave! Hosts were excellent communicators and also very warm and kind people. Loved our walks along the canal and peaceful surroundings. We will be back!

Perfect for seeing a concert at Shepherds Bush Empire. Great and cheap Indian across the road. Very accessible for central London.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

The hosts are very kind and accommodating! The location was nearby public transit and the hosts provided clear instructions and guides on how to navigate the city.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Tara was very welcoming and made us feel instantly at home. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed. The flat was well located with easy transport links nearby. We would definitely stay here again!😄

Want a nice quiet spot in West London that's affordable? This is it. Always got peaceful nights sleep and it's easy to get to the underground or walks to Shepherd's Bush.

Emma was very welcoming as we arrived. She showed us around and gave us perfect advice on how to get into town. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We found a swing attached to the trees and had great fun. The bed was like a cloud and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend to family and would stay again.

We loved the spacious, leafy patio space and the well designed interior, and had a peaceful, fuss free stay. The bed was vast and comfortable with lovely bed linen. The flat is quiet and super close for London Fields and transport links.
