Great location and great communication

I was in Cairo for a business conference near by. It made sense to stay in this neighborhood, and parking my car was easy. A convenient place to stay and rest.

As a returning guest from the United States, I can confidently say this is my favorite place to stay in Maadi! The apartment is spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I need. The entire team is so kind, responsive, and professional. I truly feel at home every time I return. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Cairo!

Very nice apartment. Extremely spacious, great value for money, and clean. Kareem was always available if I had issues, and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Uber was readily available within a few minutes at any hour of the day. There is a small supermarket just across the street that was open late. The only small drawbacks were that the apartment does not have many restaurants nearby and is rather far from any public transport (~25mins walk to nearest metro). It is also a little bit dated, though Kareem mentioned he plans to do some renovations that will surely make it nicer in this regard. Overall would stay again

This apartment was the perfect home base for our Cairo adventure! It was exactly as pictured — clean, stylish, and super comfortable. We loved waking up to the city view from the balcony and coming back to relax in the cozy living room after a full day of sightseeing. The location is fantastic — close to everything but still peaceful at night. Our host was incredibly helpful, offering great local tips and even helping us arrange a private tour to the pyramids. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

An absolutely amazing stay. The place is flawless inside, looks just like the pictures. Very clean, with an artistic flair, a reflection of the host. Elegant decor, and excellent use of the space. Beautiful home. Plenty of space and perfect for a group. Pretty furniture and decoration. Gorgeous view of the pyramids! Loved our time there. The housekeeper Sanaa is an absolute delight to have around and is super helpful. We will certainly stay here again next time we’re in Cairo.

Notre séjour à la Villa Dreamland Ahmad a été exceptionnel. La villa elle-même était spacieuse, propre et parfaitement située. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par sa proximité à la fois de l'aéroport du Caire et des Pyramides. L'hôte était incroyablement professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. La pharmacie et les magasins de proximité étaient un plus majeur. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour un séjour confortable et pratique au Caire. Nous réserverons certainement cette villa lors de notre prochain voyage au Caire.

الهدوا و الإجمال و لاناقه بالشقه خاصة للعوائل أو شباب لي يحب الهدوء و راحه كل شي رايع فوق ما أتصور

كان المسكن نضيف جداً و المضيف كان راقياً في التعامل .

Eman’s house was really peaceful and felt like i was home. Location is great in new cairo and 5 min walk to malls, point 90 mall was 10 min walk House was clean Eman was very responsive I would definitely come back to Eman’s house The house was warm as well during winter A nice home away from home

Leider war mein Aufenthalt dort nur kurz, aber es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Es gibt kleine Details im Haus, die Sie sonst nirgendwo finden. Vielen Dank natürlich an Amina, die für die Buchung zuständig ist, sie war richtig sehr nett. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants und Geschäften und im Notfall ist sogar der Al-Rehab Medical Complex in der Nähe.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

I loved staying at Mo’s place, it was exactly like on the picture. A very clean spacious apartment, nicely decorated. I love Maadi and how quiet and welcoming it was. I will come again

This is our second time staying here. As before, we were very comfortable and very happy. The location is great, as it is a 2 minute walk to a new mall which has many great restaurants, and a place called Monkey Maze which is like a jungle gym for chilldren. We would recommend this place for those looking a simple, tidy and relaxing place in a great location.

It was the best choice we ever made at air bnb. Great rooms(we booked also another one from the same host). Fantastic pyramid view from the room and from the terrace. Great communication, super nice receptionist/helper. I would reccomend this place again and again 100%. Thank you for everything.
