Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. The basement plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

It was our first time in Colorado and the Denver area, and we couldn't have had a better place to stay! The place felt so nice and peaceful. The neighborhood was beautiful and very walkable with lots to eat and do. I will miss walking and getting Sweet Cow in the evenings. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to call home for a week!

My roller derby team was in Denver for a tournament. We felt right at home with enough space for the 5 of us to spread out. The location was just outside the busy city and gave us a peaceful refuge to rest in between bouts. Easy access to major roads to get anywhere you wanted throughout the metropolitan area. Nature wasn’t too far away with about a 30 minute drive to the mountains. Would stay here again!

Had a great stay! Was able to hear furniture moving around upstairs or heavy things that dropped or some talking if people were outside in the back of the house but wasnt bothered by that. The location was convenient to hop on the highway to go into the city or to the mountains for site seeing and close to main area with a ton of restaurants and it was fun to walk across the street to do a quick round of mini golf. Clean and a bit bigger than I thought it would be.
